Shipping

Items are typically shipped within 5 - 10 business days.

International customers are responsible for all international duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees upon arrival.

The cost of international shipping listed at checkout does not include any additional taxes or fees (from customs or the shipping carrier). These additional costs vary and are determined by the import laws within each country. The fees are often based on the size of your order. Items are shipped from the USA.

Please also note that after your order has been scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns.

We will accept exchanges (pending availability of items) of unused and unworn items, within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

To exchange your item, please email heretohelpmerch@gmail.com with:
- Name on order
- Order Number
- Item and size you wish to exchange for

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with the address to ship your items.

Order Cancellations
If you make an order by mistake, please email heretohelpmerch@gmail.com with your name, order number, and items you wish to cancel. You can cancel your order for a full refund if your item(s) have not yet shipped.

Once your item has shipped, we can no longer refund or cancel your order.
